Brief History
Jaggannathota Prabhala Utsavam commonly referred to as Prabhala Theertham, is an ancient and one of the most significant festivals in Konaseema held on Kanuma, this festival commemorates the sacred assembly of Ekadasa Rudras (11 forms of Lord Shiva).
Jaggannathota, a serene coconut grove in Mosalapalli village of Konaseema district, is believed to be the holy place where Ekadasa Rudras met for world peace and prosperity. Legend says that in the 17th century, these divine beings held a conclave at this very location to bless humanity.
Veerangam
Veerangam, the iconic melody from music troupes accompanying the prabhalu on classical Indian instruments, echoes through generations.
